A mixed-media dance visualizer, choregraphed to "Fourth Crack" & "Meself" by Park Jiwoo. This project was created for NYU’s Advanced Short Commercial Forms course, allowing me to create a Senior Thesis Project during my Junior Year!
This film features my first venture into creating a nearly two-minute hand-drawn mixed media animation. The process was entirely analog and highly labor-intensive: I saved every frame digitally, uploaded them to a document, printed them out, and then altered each one by hand using scissors, pencils, and other tools. Once completed, I scanned the frames back in and imported them into my editing software to meticulously align the timing. The animation alone took 15 hours to complete, making it one of the most involved and rewarding creative processes I’ve undertaken.
